Porch Light

This piece has a very down to earth feel to it. I could easily imagine seeing this scene while driving down the road one day. The light falls beautifully (I'm guessing morning to mid-day sun), my favorite part being where you can see it coming through her hair. I also like that the location is almost symmetrical, but with the water hose and the window giving that slight asymmetry to the scene. All in all I would say that this is a magnificent piece that I enjoy greatly. (These critiques are harder to write than I figured they would be. I tried to be cohesive but I don't know how well it came out. I just really enjoyed this piece and wanted to do my best to write a critique for it.)
